ReplyDeleteGraceful degrading. Imagine having hair that colour. Love it. Reminds me of how shop countertops in New York deli's (after 10-20 years of usage) develop these glorious worn formica colours.
ReplyDeleteWish there was more of this action here. I think homeowners are allowed to have a lane house now, but there are many rules...not sure how it will pan out.
ReplyDeleteIf the city would allow lot subdivision based on the Lane house proposal I feel sure owners would have much more of an incentive to develop their lane access. Only allowing existing owners to build lane houses for rental really doesnt do a great deal for the proposed densification unfortunately.
