A Platform for living

Came across this on our travels around the t'interweb after a weekend away in the mountains. Incredible inspiration for our own retreat in the hills, SO bang on with the details and general vibe. Wood pile, Photovoltaics, iPads, Campfire,Locally harvested Larch, wood burning stove, high design ethos. Bang on.

Considered Design Off Grid and in the Mountains

The retreat. Timber frame construction, straw bale insulation, off grid, passive solar, rainwater harvesting, photovoltaic, high efficiency wood burning, grow your own wood stack hippy shack, is where we want to be. Some new renderings for the New Year, and now the hard bit...making it happen.
